REC-400

Characters:

  1. Compressed head can be chose two kinds materials
    a. Ti-tanium alloy
    b. Chromium-Vanadium-steel
    The merit for Titanium-alloy is handy to avoid over time and the hand aches from overexertion.
  2. Electric circuit records the using times.

Use the ratchet gearing to turn speed and to change the torsion for cutting action; meanwhile, match special and small type of motor while power comes from DC 14.4V dry battery to be the most efficient function. Handy to carry.
